Aviation Law

 

We are protecting panoply of legal rights of U.S. airlines passengers, arising under the Montreal Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air, May 28, 1999 (entered into force on Nov. 4, 2003) (Montreal Convention), reprinted in S. Treaty Doc. No. 106-45, and EU Regulation 261/2004, and are helping our clients to recover compensation from an airlines for money damages caused by delays or cancellations of international air fare flights.

 

 

Transportation Law

We are representing international and domestic shippers in a matters involving international and or domestic shipments of  goods and cargo governed by the U.S. federal law known as the Carmack Amendment.

Airline Passengers Rights
 
In the event of delay of international airfare for three hours or more between two countries signatories to the Montreal Convention an airlines passenger may be entitle to money compensation in the sum not exceeding 4694 SDR. The same remedies are available in the event of cancellation of international air flight between two countries signatories to the Montreal Convention. In addition to money damages in the event of delay or cancellation of international air flight an aggrieved passenger is entitle to care from an airline, such as local lodging,  local meals and refreshments and free phone call.
